Approach
What coaching is
Coaching supports you in tapping into your potential and moving toward the life, work, or relationships you want to cultivate.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership — an intentional alliance where we explore what truly matters to you. Through thoughtful, creative, and meaningful conversations, coaching supports you in tapping into your potential and moving toward the life, work, or relationships you want to cultivate.
In our work together, we focus on a topic that feels alive for you, especially one where progress has felt difficult or unclear. Coaching helps you see your patterns with greater awareness, understand the beliefs that shape your choices, and develop new capacities that allow different results to emerge. It is a process that honours your pace, your wisdom, and your lived experience.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not a strategic plan filled with prescribed action steps, nor is it a place where you receive generic advice or quick fixes. It isn’t about being told what to do or being held to someone else’s expectations. Instead, coaching invites you into deeper understanding, conscious choice, and sustainable change — growth that takes root from within.
Coaching is also not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, substance‑use treatment, or professional guidance from legal, medical, or other qualified practitioners. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or heal clinical conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to seek independent professional support whenever needed, and to use coaching as a complementary space for personal development rather than a replacement for specialized care.
My approach
Motherhood has shaped me more deeply than any other part of my life. My path to becoming a Mom was filled with joy, heartbreak, resilience, and profound learning — and it is the foundation of who I am as a human being and as a coach. Today, I coach from a place of presence, compassion, and deep understanding of what it means to rebuild from the inside out. I help people pay attention to themselves — to their limits, their longings, their emotions, their instincts — and to move toward lives that feel aligned, grounded, and whole. My story is not one of perfection. It is one of paying attention. And that is the work I now offer to others.
The inspiration behind the logo
Growing Trails Coaching draws its inspiration from the quiet resilience and steady wisdom found in the natural world.
The evergreen forest — the heart of the logo — symbolizes endurance, adaptability, and the ability to stay rooted through every shift in weather and season. These trees don’t rush their growth or wait for perfect conditions; they continue reaching upward, even when the landscape around them is cold, dark, or uncertain. It is a reminder that strength doesn’t disappear in difficult seasons — it simply looks different.
The trail represents the agency each person holds: the choice to keep moving, to stay curious, and to shape their own direction. Trails are formed by movement — by choosing to take one step, then another, even when the way forward isn’t fully visible, even sometimes painful. In the same way, growth is something that emerges from your experiences and that you claim as your own.
